If you mess with the System 32 folder you may not have a working computer for long.

system 32 is a file and a folder in windows directory which is important for the windows to run.
if any one is missing or messed up, reinstall windows on the computer.

Go buy windows xp don't mess with the sys32dll.you will mess up your computer,reinstalling windows after formating your harddrive will put all your files back and inorder.
