Generally any type of rock music, from soft folk to classic rock to industrial/electronic rock to the harder stuff. It has the most energy and emotion than any other genre and is less superficial than other genres, like someone else said. Too many other genres of music rely on physical appearances of performers, dance routines, and slick production.

Probably indie music though i like a wide range of stuff, most of the stuff on my i-pod falls into this catergory. I suppose i like it cos it's guitar based and usually has lyrics you can sing along to, but make you think a bit too.

All kinds of rock!! Not only are the lyrics to the songs deep and reach out to people!! Unlike other genres Rock is not about looks but about the music.

hard core thrash death metal(system of a down 38 crazyfists trivium)/punk(green-day the clash the who)/indie(takingbacksunday the fratelies)i know their not in the proper genre but what ever i love panic at the disco fallout boy billy talent etc to many to list cant choose between them that's like choosing between your kids ow an crisis rule

It depends what mood I'm in but my main two fave genres are:
Indie- Love the fusion of guitar and/or electro sounds.
Brazillian/Bossa Nova/ Latin jazz: Makes me feel really good. Conjours up images of cocktails in marinas and sunsets and various other glamourous images.

country!!!! because all there music comes from the heart and all have a few songs about them that other people can relate to in there lives .

my favorite music is hip hop and sometimes country. I really like them because they have good songs and some of them have some good music videos

My all time favourite...AC/DC! Because it makes me clean house better...makes me wanna party, though.
I also like classic Led Zepplin...I like Mary J. Blige, BlackEyedPeas, Tupac, Jay-Z....I LOVE VARIETY!! Makes me drive fast and wanna spend money!

i love all kinds of music. i don't have a preference. as long as its a good song, i don't care what it is. therefore, i don't consider myself to be a rock or pop or r'n'b fan but a music fan
