cant stop!!!!!!?

Question

cant stop thinking about what will happen when i die!? its weird because i dont think about it during the day just when im on my own about to go to sleep it just keeps coming into my head and keeping me awake. how do i stop this?????

my granda died just 2 months ago, i think this might be some reason why

This is not unusual at all actually in fact there is a word for it even, existentialism. In short it just means that having your grandmother die made you wonder what it would be like for her and then you started wondering what it would be like for you. Dying is something that we only do once and no one lives to tell about it so no one really knows what it is like to die. There are some who die for a few seconds and then are brought back and they do give us clues such as seeing a bright light, going through a tunnel and etc. Even these though cannot tell us what it is like to stay dead. Do not be concerned about this unless you are thinking about taking your own life. If you are thinking about killing yourself, seek counseling.

Think about all the wonderful things in your life. Count your friends. Make plans for the future. Remember the happiest memories of your childhood. Think of what you can do to help another person. Read a book. PRAY

dont think it as a weird feeling. you feel so because you seem to be alone. take it in another sense.

once you start feeling so, analyse your day. if you feel you've performed well for the day, then this feeling will give you satisfaction. if no, then think about improving yourself.

This feeling will also prune you into a good human being.
