Do nothing. Don't let the fake friend eat away at your happiness, just dismiss them from your life and don't give them the satisfaction of knowing that they got to you. If you are happy without them, it will bug them and they will wonder why you don't care. Don't let them under your skin, and don't waste your time on revenge. Life is too short. Just move on.

Well, normally, you should know the person well enough and should know what should hurt them the most. The best thing to do is not letting them know that you know they're fake friends.
Then you can make sure that somehing that will truly affect them psychologically will happen. Some might get depressed if they get embarrassed in some way, others could fall into depression if they become pessimistic and start thinking their better half is cheating on them or will stop loving them ;)
The most important thing is that you can contribute to this a lot easier if they think that you are stupid and consider them your friends. :)

A magnet attracts magnet. If your love is pure and your friendship is worthier than any body else no one is going to be fake friend atleast in your case. If, by all means, suppose your friend is fake by your evaluation, leave that friend to go away from you and let him/her be mixed with his/her type of friendship. After all you have millions of other friends in this world, and you have to select few from them, to your taste. And know one thing NO ONE CAN GET FULL MARKS FROM all his/her friends. AND IN TURN YOU TOO CAN BE A FAKE-FRIEND IN ANOTHER FRIEND'S VIEW one day or the other day!
