Well if you believe in God assume that God and God alone has created the world. If you don't believe in God assume that it was a natural phenomenon that world was created. The world that you are seeing and thinking about is all in your assumptions. Its that simple.

A large number could have. I am assuming that by God you mean the all-powerful, all-loving, all-knowing judeo-christian entity rather than say Zeus or Odin. However as we know nothing of the universe before 100th of a second after the big bang, there is no logical reason why it has be any particular deity, it could be a scientist in another universe, it could the creation of a baby deity having its first go at universe creation or the last attempt of a senile deity. We could even have been sneezed out of the nose of the Great Green Arkleseizure.

No one but God. God always was and always is. In the beginning God created everything. Read the book of Genesis in the Bible.

Your English needs help. the question should read "Who created the world, if not God?"
The answer is, if not God, it was not created. But as it was created, it was created by God.

Nobody created it.
The earth arose from completely natural processes -- from the disc of gas, rock, ice, and other materials around the sun as the sun formed.
There is no evidence of any kind that the earth was "created" or than anyone or anything supernatural was involved in its formation.
There is a *ton* of evidence showing how it formed naturally, without any god being involved.

Assuming a "who" (not just a "what"), God is the name we gave the creator. No one would have created the world but God.

(smiles)
We make mistakes. God does not. Do you think that we that make mistakes (cough*) can create the world? You create the world except God? (cough*)^2

It states in the first Chp. of Genesis "we are co-creators' with God. We were given the Power to Name or qualify matter/substance. Feelings and Thoughts create.
