why all govts of world and uno surrender in feet of usa specially on Iraq issue. when Iraq captured Kuwait for one day that time uno punished iraq for that issued. why should not uno and other countries of world raised same punishment to usa for capturing and killing innocent citizen of Iraq.

Because UNO is situated in the US and also because of the funds they provide to these world bodies. They can easily control the governments of various countries because of their political and economic clout.

You have a very good question in hand. In my opinion the following are the reasons for the situation.
1. In this uni-polar world, the US is the unquestionable power.
So no one would like to be on the wrong side.
2. The US is the sole super power. It has sound economic-
political-military machines to make such tasks possible.
3. The US has the best propaganda machine in the world which
is employing almost similar to the strategies of Nazi Party's
Goebbels's.
4. The UN is a toothless lion. It is almost like an old man.
It can give you good advises, but forget about deeds.
5. There is no unity among the Arabs and Muslims. It helps
the US to implement its policies and programmes very easily
in the region.

What do you mean Iraq ?! The whole world and UN surrenders to US for every thing US desires. For example, Israel has been steadily doing atrocious acts against Arabs for decades and US has not allowed anyone even to criticize. US does everything (like invading Iraq) to remove dictators and establish democracy - except in Pakistan. And so on.
Being the only super power with unmatched military power, US has been successfully maintaining and enforcing double standards - one for friends and an entirely different one for non-friends.

Because we here in the USA finacially support the UN more than anyone else in the world. Whoever puts up the most cash should have the most say.

Spine less world leaders,selfish and manipulative nations,
people like KOFI ANNAN who have problems of job
security AND tipical human tendencies of UN members
of being superior to the weak and weak to the superior
