Yes. Is this a trick question. Rock is "of Gibraltar" to the extent that it pertains to Gibraltar, "a narrow peninsula jutting southwards from the south-west coast of Spain, consist[ing] of a mountain known as "The Rock" (426m) with a narrow, sandy plain to the north. It has a total area of 6.5 square km". That's the state, not "The Rock".
