I have a small hard lump on 1 of my ribs which some days means its veery painful to move my arm and other days i forget its there. its not gone any weird colours, just sticking out.

You have a lipoma. I have had the same - its just a non cancerous fatty lump. I had the painful ones removed. Go see your doc

I don't know what it might be, Mattymath, but I think you should let the doctor have a look at it - just in case!

If it is attached to your ribs and doesn't move may be a calcium growth
