I'm 19 weeks pregnant and for about a week I was having brown discharge then it stopped and now today I'm bleeding almost like my period. I don't have any cramps and I tried to call my doctors office but they are closed today! What should I do? I'm really scared and worried!

Please go to the hospital emergency room. Not going can effect the life of your unborn child as well as your mental well-being which can also send the baby into distress.

I would go to the Emergency room or a urgent care who will probably just send you to a E room where you can have a OBGYN, there examine you and make a determination if you miscarried,
my first wife miscarried 5 times before we had two wonderful kids,

dont wana worry u but i had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago. was having brown discharge from the start but then one day i started loosing blood like bright red, went to the hospital straight away..gud luck i really hope ur ok but seriously go and get checked xx

A little bit of discharge is okay, but if you are bleeding steadily, you might want to get yourself to an urgent care facility today. Better to get it checked out than to ignore it

Go to the nearest ER. They can scan and make sure that your baby is okay. And check the heartbeat and run test to make sure you dont have an infection somewhere causing you to bleed. Good luck.

Your doctor's office should have a number to to call in case of emergency on their answer machine message.
Or, you could go to A&E/ER.
Get someone to check you out.
