How can India & Pakistan can resolve its problems?

its long term conflict in kashmir is making people living there impossible & the solution is urgent because this problem will/may become a cause of next dirty war

First both governments should go to public and tell their people that resoving kashmir issue is not treson,its an issue and both countries have to solve it.Pakistan is doing that because nobody in pakistan say that kashmir is Integral part.Pakistani people have accepted that a compromise is invetable.
But on the other hand Indian government is not doing enough to smooth public emotions about kashmir.Most of Indians think that they are powerful and they have right to rule kashmir.
That is I think have to change.
