Drayton Beauchamps, a small village near Tring is the farthest from the sea. Of course it depends what you mean by centre of England but farthest from the sea seems the best choice

What I can tell you is that "Tring" in Hertfordshire is considered to be the town that is the furthest inland, that is you can't get further from the sea. This may not be exact in terms of the 'exact' spot but it's what we believe here locally.
