Yes, many people have that little patch of hair. Get a home wax kit and remove it.

Some women get what is called a bikini line starting from just below the belly botton all the way down to the pubic area. This is a line of fine hair. Not all women get an actual line of hair, some just get a couple of stray hairs. I have one long hair that grows right bellow my belly botton. I have tweezed it, and shaved it, but it always comes back. I know some women who get stray hairs around their nipples as well. I guess it is due to hormone levels and just part of being a girl!

There is no such thing as "normal" when it comes to the body, but it's common for females to get minimal amounts of hair on their face and bodies, where it's usually a more masculine location. It varies in location, amount, thickness, etc... from woman to woman, but most of us have some unwanted hair somewhere on our bodies, besides legs and underarms.
They will keep growing back, regardless of how you remove them, unless you are willing to spend the money for electrolysis. Waxing, plucking, shaving, etc... are all just temporary solutions. Electrolysis is the only permanent way of hair removal, but it takes more than one session, and it can get very expensive. However, it's virtually painless, and once completed, your hair will never grow back as it kills the root, where the hair grows.

It's normal. If it is just one or two then pluck them. If it is more then wax is best. Most women get a line from the navel down during pregnancy, it actually has a name but I forget what it's called.

Yes, but don't pluck them. They'll just come back in more coarse than ever. Get something like Surgi-Cream from Wal-Mart. It's a depilatory and the hair will come back softer and not as quickly.

girl, i have tiny hairs all over my belly, and there's a line of longer ones doing down from my belly button. this is normal! people even have hairs on their earlobes, did you know?. dont feel embarrased! although if your hair is dark this might be a problem, mine are light blond so you dont see them at all.

there are several things you can do to solve this problem, one have the hairs removed bycking electrolsys, or keep on plucking them, or by some nair or neet and remove them that way.
don't be embarrassed lots of women have this problem and its easy enough to solve. good luck

I think it's normal. I never noticed mine until after I had a c-section, and they shaved my stomach. No big deal, just pluck.

Yep it is normal. In some people it is lighter because their hair color is lighter. I would use either a wax or dipilatory to remove it. That way it will come back lighter and lighter.
