George H W Bush (elder Bush) and Jimmy Carter (born 1924) and George HW Bush (born 1924) are in their 80s.
Bill Clinton (1946), although much younger, has experienced well publicized health problems.
I don't think any of these men are 'ready to go.' ;)
Who knows? You may be right about when the next President will pass away. One never knows.

I won't offer a guess, although Carter and Bush Sr. are both in their 80's. Clinton is about 60, but has already had heart problems. You never really know.
