My left door neighbours are really nice indeed, but, my right door neighbours....don't talk of them.

They're quite nice actually - especially on one side, very friendly etc but on the other side just keep themselves to themselves which is probably the best thing.

My left door neighbors (Apt.2) are nice but the man is on steroids & yells a lot.
My right door neighbor (Apt.4) is actually my best friend and her fiancee. We became best friends after she moved in.
The other neighbors in the courtyard are as follows...
Those in apt. 1 are also very good friends of mine.
Apt.5 is actually in the process of moving out.
Apt.6 is a bit of a whore & not very nice.
Apt.7 are very nice people that we talk to occasionally.
Apt.8 is a strange older man who is only living there for about 6 months, then leaving. I never see him & he never talks to anyone.
Apt.9 is quite bitchy and feeds random stray animals. So we frequently have possums in the courtyard..not fun.
Apt. 10..well they have loud parties late at night which is sometimes annoying. But they seem like nice people.

Mine started off great. I only have one upstairs. He's lived there for 25 years with his wife and 2 daughters. I've always got on well with them all, and he used to come down for drinks. The past 12 months however, he's started to write letters of complaint to the landlord about excessive noise coming from my flat (even when I'm out!). One of his daughters recently had a child, so when I saw him I went to congratulate him and he threatened to kill me! He's puny and no match, but not a nice place to live now, but I refuse to move out! Hmmm... Maybe this will become a question for some advice! Off to CAB tomorrow I think

I'm between places at the moment, and the left side of my parents seem nice enough but have loads of pigions which is never nice, and the right side I've only ever said hello and goodbye to, the ones at my boyfriends place are fine, they have two little girls who are pretty cute and they're all really friendly.

all my neighbours are fluffin a*holes that have no respect for anyone living there.i'm not one of those people that moan at everything they really are a pain in the ***. i live in a flat and the break all the lights and security doors to the flats,blast music at all hours of the morning..constantly fighting leaving thier rubbish bags outside our doors.....and so on!
cant wait to move!just gotta hope our new neigbours are not like them!!

I prefer to stay on a strictly "hello and goodbye" basis with neighbors. I know who they are, and say Hi....but I don't think being "friends" with the neighbors is a good idea. I don't need them bugging me all the time. I hardly see any of them, except the one right next door to me, and she is a complainer. She says she is "cool" and doesn't mind music, but then complains to my hubby about our "loud" music....at 8 pm!!!! I think she has the hots for my hubby personally, so I don't like her much.

My neighbours are aliens from some planet in deep space. They are trying to probe my brain with some sort of special ray that they keep in the kitchen. I have aluminum foil all over the windows in every room.
But they make a great barbeque, and invite me over.

Well.....I now 8 neighbors. (One recently moved out).
The first and third set of neighbors are amazing. Two of them are best friends of mine and their husbands are close with my fiance and I.
The people in #2 are pretty neat. I really like them but I don't talk to them a whole lot.
There's a girl across the courtyard from us who we don't really like, she always has a different guy over. Aside from that, we were all hanging out over the summer and I kid you not she invited my fiance and my friends husband into her place to take shots with her......EXCUSE ME!!! THEY'RE TAKEN HOOKER!
Next door to her is another friend of ours. He's pretty nice. We don't really see him much anymore because he started dating someone that he works with and they're always together.
The lady that lives beside him is really weird. She leaves food out for stray animals and isn't very nice to people. I think if she didn't live with her boyfriend, people would call her the crazy cat lady. She hates the person that lives in #1.
Next door to her is a group of guys that work at a local bar. I don't really know them very well but they seem really chill.
That's pretty much it, I've made some of the best friends of my life in my neighborhood.
I forgot about the guy in #8....he's kind of an a s s.
But since my best friend lives beside me, I don't care.
