Even if i just catch them a little it aches.... is this normal?

well banging them around or hitting them with a hammer is definitely going to hurt BUT just touching them, feeling them or playing with them should be fun not painful. So, depending on the vigour with which they are being contacted you may experience pain or pleasure (or if you are a bit of a masochist the pain will be a pleasure - hehe). However, if th elightest touch causes you pain, then get yoruself to a doctor, strip off and have them thoroughly examined - carefully of course.

Menes testicles are very sensitive,it can be nothing wrong, but it will be good to see a doctor.

if they are that sensitive you should see a doctor, and /or wear a cup. or at least a jock strap or briefs.
