It's OK- better than some of the outfits the Jackson family has been caught wearing. The hat brings out her smile.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT JANET HAS HER OWN WAY OF DRESSING IF SHE THINK THAT'S HOT THEN SHE PROBABLY DOES BUT U DON'T HAVE TO WEAR IT SO WHY DO YOU CARE.
