my-space how do i invite without regular e-mail address?

I have ivited a person by sending her mail;her rep;ay was sure but go and send me an invitation. Well I only have the URL. from her space and I don't know if this will work. I can't phone her to ask. I'd love it if anyone can answer this. THX.so much

You have a myspace yourself, right?
Sign in and go to her page.
Underneath her picture there will be a box with options for messaging and friend requests. Just click on the friend request, confirm it, and wait for her to except.
That's all there is to it! :-)

I only give my email to my contacts if they want it. And only after I decide that they're worthy enough to have it. I'd never put it in an answer. I've gotten enough nuts emailing me through Y/A, let alone the real mail.
