There are too many to name them all.

The St. Lawrence is the main river. The Ottawa, Richelieu, Chaudiere and Mauricie are oher important rivers, as is the Saguenay.

Lac St. Jean is an important lake. A little bit of Lake Champlain lies in Q (most is in the US), and it shares Lake Mempremagog with VT. There are LOTS of lakes up north, plus a couple along the St. Lawrence itself.

There are way to many lakes and rivers in Canada to name them individually in any province...... here in Ontario there are so many lakes and rivers that a good portion of them still dont have names.
