Step 1. You kill off the old fart, or wait for him/her to die
step 2. you give the sleezeball lawyer who has a copy of the will a call to read it out
step 3. everybody takes what they were offfered on the will and squabbles over the things that were not mentioned, including the unpaid bills - the lawyer and the funeral people end up with most of the money anyway, regardless of what it said on the will
