This is weird, but sometimes when I pluck my eyebrows, I get the urge to sneeze. Does anyone else have this, and why does it happen?

you are probably getting the hairs that are supposed to be there. if you only get the ones that are supposed to come out there will be no sneeze feeling. it's the way the nerves of the face go. the nerves and facial structure go together. your facial structure is what gives the correct brow shape.
so if you go by your facial structure to do your brows you won't have that problem.

i am a professional waxer (and hairstylist and massage therapist and esthetician ) so i do have an idea as to what i'm talking about. i have women come THOUSANDS of miles for me to do their waxing.

Yeh I do that too and I don't know why but it happens to a lot of my friends too. I think it's just something to do with plucking eyebrows out of sensitive skin or may be we're getting hairs up our nose?!

It happens to me too! It's because you have very small nerve endings there and when you pluck your eyebrows you stimulate the nerve endings, which makes you sneeze. :)

This used to happen to me back when I first started tweezing, now it sometimes happen when I use mascara (which is different of course, but still eye-related) so I wonder if there's something about using product or a tool near your eyes that causes sneezing. Kind of odd, really.

Yes, nerves in your face cause this.
