Yes, his appearance and speech were very saddening. I have watched him for years on New Years Eve. I guess it is good that he was able to participate, but he certainly wasnt the same old guy we have watched forever. He couldnt even keep up with the final countdown as the ball dropped. Pretty sad.

Yes, and yes I heard Dick's slurred speech, due to a stroke. It was sad, made me feel sorry for him, but it was cool that he is still at it!!
