Depends if you want to keep it as a WMA file or save as a MP3?
Open in media Player, and 10 and 11 will usually offer the option to save the WMA file as an MP3.
Alternatively, if you have Roxio, you can convert it to MP3, then save back to WMA if you want. If you don't have WMA try a search for converters. Just do a search string on wma to MP3 converters... there a lot available.

Buy the proper legal MP3 version and get rid of the wma file. WMA files cant be played on many machines yet. (In my house, only on my PC and my old MP3 player)

Look for a program called FairUse4WM. It removes DRM from WMA files. It requires that you actually have a license though.

It's not worth the effort.
Get a legal MP3 version and delete the nasty Microsoft Music file.

Theres a program called Tune-bit or TuneBite. Basically you re-encode the song to another format, and you're set, in return it strips the DMA license.
I would not recommend this, as it is illegal, but it is possible.

yeah: buy the license to play the file.
Even better, get the song elsewhere in other format ...
