Raiders - Brady Quinn
Lions - Joe Thomas
Browns - Adrian Peterson
Bucs - Gaines Adams
Cardinals - Alan Branch (Joe Thomas if he somehow slips)
You'll probably notice I left out Calvin Johnson, while arguably the best player in this year's draft, I feel that those teams in the top 5 all have bigger needs to fill than WR. I'm sure I'd be surprised though...the Cards would probably take him if he slips, we all know how Arizona loves to draft WRs in the first round
what do you think?

Troy Smith will be lucky to go in the 2nd round
also, Michael Bush probably won't even turn pro this year, and if he does, he'll be at best the third best RB in this class, behind Peterson and Marshawn Lynch.
also, he'll need to find a team thats willing to take a risk...that was a pretty bad injury he sustained

Also I'd look for Jamarcus Russell to go first round, but probably not ahead of Quinn...it's probably a toss-up over who will go first, Russell or Brian Brohm

1. In what will end up being the biggest bust in the draft, the Raiders take Brady Quinn.
2. Lions- Gaines Adams. Defensive player with the most upside coming out this year. Lions need help in many positions so this pick could be traded.
3. Browns- You called it. Adrian Peterson w/o a doubt.
4. Buccs- Calvin Johnson. No way this guy escapes the top 5. Weather he falls to 4 or someone else moves up to snag him.
5. Cardinals- Joe Thomas would be exactly like Matt Leinart was last year at #10. NO BRAINER! Need help on O-Line like no ones business so look for the Cards to take a few of them in the draft.

Raiders will take Brady because they need a quarterback bad, Lions will trade the pick to the Cardinals for Bryant Johnson and there first round pick, and then the Cardinals will draft Joe Thomas, the Browns will take Adrian Peterson because they need a running game bad, the Bucs will take Calvin Johnson, because Joey Galloway is old, and then the Lions will be forced to take Brain Brohm or Jamarcus Russell, because a they really need a young quarterback

Mel Kiper is the expert on the NFL draft. Below is the link to his big board. Of course right now it only factors in those players who are graduating or who have formally stated that they will be entering the draft.
IMO, I don't think Oakland will pick Quinn, they may look at trading down or picking someone else. They are currently grooming Andrew Walter for the job. Right now I think Joe Thomas will go first to the Raiders (if they don't trade the pick) then Quinn to the Lions.

Everyone is leaving out Jamarcus Russell. As per Mel Kiper, if he declares for the draft he could be taken 1 - 2 with Brady Quinn.

i don't comprehend approximately your predictions. via no potential is Culpepper worth a known day %.. If he became he could already be out of Miami, if something he would be released. JaMarcus Russell supplies me the sensation that he would be a bust. Brady Quinn could be destroyed in the back of the Browns contemporary offensive line, they could be smart to take Joe Thomas while he's attainable. i think of Tampa could take Gaines Adams extremely of Thomas. Why interior the worldwide could Minnesota commerce up 2 places basically to take AP while for my area they have already got a stud in Chester Taylor. besides listed below are my ideal 5 predictions: a million. Oakland- Calvin Johnson 2. Detroit- JaMarcus Russell 3. Cleveland- Joe Thomas 4. Tampa Bay- Gaines Adams 5. Arizona- Amobi Okoye

i hope raiders save money and get troy smith he sucks but is better than any raider qb we have.Lets spend our money on a veteran tight end like tony gonzales.Pay that cat big bucks the raiders line sucks so do the backs and also the q.b in conclusion the whole line sucks.Look at chargers and pats they dont have have receivers they need a good running back to open up the game. But morons will get another wr and stay with the duds qb who cannot throw a pass to catch.
