Ryan Howard has instantly become one of the best power hitters in the majors and if you haven't noticed he's HUGE! 6'4" 255lbs why has no one questioned him? What are the odds he's all natural? (I hope he is)

I think the mlb has a drug testing policy in major league, and even a better one in the minor league, so if he was not natural, he should have been caught cheating by now!!

Ryan is a big boy and always has. he isnt instantly a power hitter. this was his second year in the majors. He wasnt getting much playing time untill Thome went to the white sox. Howards rookie year (2005) thome was on the phillies still.
Howard has been a power hitter even in the minors.

We're now safely in an era where the cheaters are caught, sometimes despite denials (Rafael Palmeiro!). I'm a Phillies fan so I hope Howard is natural. If he isn't, he'll get caught and forever play under a cloud.

Have you seen him? He's not all unproportional for one thing, the guy is huge all over and a little chubby too, he's not all muscle. Plus he has been like that since he was in college.
And 6'4" 255 isn't that huge. I'm 6'2" and weigh 260 lbs and I'm no athlete by any means.

Well he didn't have a ridiculous amount of HRs, and people of his race are tall and since he is all muscle and muscle weighs more than fat he is just a monster. I like the guy personally and think he is just an honest, young, and good baseball player

LOL@all these people commenting like they know who is on roids. There are tons of different steroids out there that can do different things to ones body. Drugs like Winny will lean you out and make your muscle reflexs faster... which is what baseball players would use. Baseball players dont want to bulk up to big or it will slow their bat down.

I'm a Braves fan and even I hope he doesn't cheat. He is one of the most exciting hitters to see come to the plate, and it'd be a shame to lose that.
