I am a Kindergarten teacher and had awful morning sickness till week 15. I hadn't told anyone I was pregnant (and wanted to wait till my second trimester) but I ended up telling at week 9 or 10 just because I couldn't hide my morning sickness anymore. The only nice thing, was while I was at work, I kept pretty busy (especially since I started my morning sickness at the beginning of the school year) and I would only feel sick on my downtimes. I honestly didn't eat much, and when I did, I just threw it up. On the weekends, I would always be over the toilet (I had the cleanest toilet in the city) and couldn't really go anywhere because I needed to be near a toilet or urp bucket at all times. I sadly got used to the throwing up and dry heaves. My Kindergarteners were so great too, they never complained about me eating or when I ran out of the room to the bathroom (which luckily was only ten feet from my classroom.) I found that if I munched a little at a time, then it would help. I kept grapes around a lot and ginger ale to sip. This seemed to help me, but everyone needs different things for their morning sickness. I honestly got tired of people telling me to eat crackers, because I couldn't stand how dry they were. I would really go through wierd phases of things I could eat. For awhile, it was gogurt. So I went out and bought a ton of Gogurt, and now my freezer is full of the stuff, so you may not want to do what I did. I have boxes of fruit roll ups, pudding, and waffles that I probably won't go through till this little one is in school. Hope that helps. I'm at 25 weeks, and when I was going through morning sickness I kept telling my hubby that this was the only child we were having, I couldn't handle being sick. But now at 25 weeks, I really am enjoying this pregnancy and the morning sickness seems like a thing of the past. I know it's absolutely horrible now, but pretty soon (hopefully) you'll be feeling better and you'll start to feel the kicks of your little one. The morning sickness time passed so slowly at the time, but once I got over it, time has flied. I can't believe my little girl is 2 lbs now and could survive outside the womb with assistance now.

Every morning, I take to work a lunch bag with fruits (apple, mandarin oranges or banana), crackers, strawberry yogurt and a Coca Cola or Sprite. This helps me a lot with the morning sickness and the heartburn.

you can try all kinds of things like crackers, 7up or sprite, or bread..... i had the worse case of morning sickness ever. with my first i had it all the way until the 7th month and with my second child i had it all the way until my 5th month. i tried drinking water slowly and breathing and that would usually do the trick for me but sometimes nothing works except for letting it come up. i lost count of howe many times i threw up at work. i couldnt take medicine because it made me sleepy so i just kinda had to deal with it. i always felt better after i threw up though. just make sure you drink plenty of water, you dont want to have to be put in the hospital for getting dehydrated, i had to the first time and it sucked!!!

Keep some small snacks in your drawer or a snack bag right beside you. Bottled water is the best thing to drink while suffering morning sickness ... and keep the cup filled. When you are feeling queasy ... just politely excuse yourself and go to the bathroom (quickly).

Eating dry bread, or soda crackers (saltines) can help reduce nausea. Avoid eating fried, or greasy foods. Eat small healthy meals throughtout the day (rather than full size meals) and never skip meals. I hope you get to feeling better soon. Good luck with this!

Keep a little something in your stomach at all times. Soda crackers are good to keep in your drawer, and sip water. I also ate nuts and soy chips and fruit leather - all things that keep well, can be hidden in drawers, but would get me through the day.

try crackers, ginger ale, or sprite. none of these worked for me so my doctor had to prescribe me a pill to ease my morning sickness.

If you are discreet about it, once in a while invoke a bug, nobody will have a clue that you are pregnant, except those that would have known anyway.

Smaller, more frequent meals, hard candy, saltines, plenty of water. You also try dramamine, but consult your doc first.
