The tissues of the anus/rectum were not designed for intercourse and are more vulnerable to injury than are vaginal tissues The most likely scenario is that you have an anal tear or fissure. An anal fissure is a small tear or cut in the skin lining of the anus. Pain and/or rectal bleeding during bowel movements are common symptoms of anal fissures. Treatment involves increasing liquid intake, using stool softeners and avoiding foods that may not be well-digested.
The following lifestyle changes may help relieve discomfort and promote healing of an anal fissure, as well as prevent recurrences:

* Add fiber to your diet. You can increase your fiber intake by eating more fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. The recommended amount of fiber is 20 to 35 grams a day. Most people don't get that much, so you may want to take a fiber supplement. Bulk-forming laxatives, such as psyllium (Fiberall, Metamucil, others), soften stools and allow them to pass more easily. Adding fiber through either diet or supplementation may cause gas and bloating, so increase your fiber intake gradually.
* Drink adequate fluids. Fluids also help prevent constipation, so it's important to get enough. However, it may be difficult to determine how much is enough for you. If you're rarely thirsty and your urine looks dilute (colorless or very light yellow), you're probably drinking enough.
* Exercise regularly. You can experience a host of benefits by walking or engaging in 30 minutes of another moderate activity most days of the week. Among those benefits are promoting regular bowel movements and increasing blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing of an anal fissure.
* Take a sitz bath. Soaking in warm water for 15 to 30 minutes one or more times a day, especially after bowel movements, will help ease pain and itching.
* Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear.

good luck hope that helps

I had anal sex 2 days ago for the first time, and its uncomfortable and feels really weird when i go to the loo but i dont have much pain. If it does not go in another 3 days see ur doctor coz there may be some damage.

Well, that area is know for letting out waste, so when you are forcing something in it will not react well. There are ways to allow for easier anal sex. First, instead of him sticking it in right away, slowly start with a finger and ease your way to the penis.
Second, there are muscle relaxant creams you can use to allow for a desensitized pursuit.

Good luck and have fun!!!

he might have torn something inside. obviously he wasnt very gentle and didnt use any ubrication, thats why it would have hurt so much. id see a doctor incase you get an infection from it which is highly likely. loads of women dont like anal but if its done really gently with loads of natural lubrication it can feel really nice

That isn't what that area of the body was designed for -- no wonder it hurts!
