It made up for a dismal season knowing that the Bungles won't get in this year. After hearing Palmer say that even thought they got beat that they were the better team, I had to laugh. You can't just put up three points in nearly three quarters and expect anyone to take you seriously. I have to admit that on paper, they are better, but they just seem to keep blowing leads and games one after the other. I mean if someone told me that at the end of the season both teams would be 8-8, I would have laughed only because my team, the Steelers, were playing so poorly but I guess Cincy will have to wait yet another year to see if they have what it takes LOL. People can cry all they want about cheap shots and hits but isn't it funny that no one said anything about the hit on Green(KC) by the Bungles like they did when Kimo rolled into golden boy Palmer by accident last year. As far as a rivalry goes, I think the Bengals have to beat the Steelers more than just twice in two seasons for it to be considered a rivalry LOL. Of course, I am waiting for all the bengal crybabies to come on here and give me crap but as Cowher said before the game, 'misery loves company' so bottom line is-we didn't go to the playoffs and neither did you.!!!!!

Sure did! Cincy and Pittsburgh both miss playoffs and will have low draft picks. After Baltimore gets knocked off in their first game, it will be a perfect year! At least the Browns will have a high draft pick for their lack of effort this season.

First off, you are giving the Steelers WAY too much credit. They were a mediocre team this year at best. Without Bettis, a player who cared about winning, they are no longer a dominating factor, just a group of thugs who enjoy slamming people down and taking them out. That is what I enjoyed, seeing the Steelers go from champs to chumps this season!
At least the Bengals have CLASS, they don't play dirty like the Steelers.
The Bengals messed things up for themselves long before the game with the Steelers. They blew the game with the Chargers, Broncos, Tampa Bay, etc. They only have themselves to blame-and they took responsibility for that.
And by the way, I LOVE Ocho Cinco!
To Devon T-I never talked about the fans, I was talking about the TEAM-read what I wrote again.

Pittsburgh did Cincinnati a favor by eliminating them. Had the Bengals won they would have had to go to Indianapolis.
The last time these two teams hooked up in Indianapolis it was not pretty. Colts 34 Bengals 16.

I am a Steeler fan who was in attendance at the game Sunday and whoever said bengals fans have class has their head up their a**. My friend had his Terrible Towel stolen, was pushed down over the stands. We were verbally taunted and had garbage thrown at us and other steeler fans in the section. For what, you may ask. Jusr for being fans of another team. We didn't run our mouths or be ignorant..we just wore different colors. That's Cincy in a nutshell...the city is so pathetic that they have to look to a team full of thugs to give their existence meaning..So yes, I'm glad we beat the Bengals and kept them out of the playoffs..because that team and fans don't deserve a winning sports team..i don't mind good- natured taunting, but to turn violent over a football game is ridiculous.

I did. I needed that to happen so my Titans would have a chance to make it, but Vince Young couldn't pull off the upset in the mud in nashville so we didn't make it anyway. Oh well.
