ok..a cop car sits across the street from some ones house for 4 days trade out and they just sit there reporting every one that comes and goes keep in mind this house has no drugs and barely any liquor they just wanted to throw a good new years party ok now that the house has changed to a biker clubhouse is it ok or harrassment?

there are no near by neighbores the ones across the street were out on vacation and they were tresspassing to be parked in their yard like they were they ppl across the street have no tresspassing sighns up and the cops ignored it there was nothing illegal going on the cops are always harrassing us though they pulled every one that left over EVERY ONE

No, its not harassment. If you aren't doing anything wrong, don't worry about it. They haven't prevented anything from happening...or have they?

I would love to have a cop outside. There is never one around when you need one. As far as a biker clubhouse thing goes- some cities have regulations on how many people can congregate in a location and if the amount of people impact the neighbors quiet enjoyment of their home so you have to ask your city about that. Plus maybe you are a bit paranoid and the cop is watching your neighbor.

no it's not harrassment. They are sitting there for a reason, one things cops don't like is wasting time, and $$$. It gives them less of a chance for overtime (which is how many policeman make ends meet) they must think something is going on in there, and they have every right to sit where ever they want, just like you and I can sit where ever

If they're just sitting there, not bothering anyone it's not harrasment. It's a public street and anyone has the right to be there any time they want.
