My Breasts are Small. how can i enhance them.?

I feel shy in front of other large breasted people. Suggest some ways to improve them.

I wouldn't worry too much about breast size. It's just one criterion among many that will earn you attention from the opposite sex. Having a pleasant personality will get you leaps and bounds ahead while having a nice rack will only get you so far.

If it's a confidence issue, you may want to look into special bras that lift them up and make you look larger than you really are. However, always remember that men appreciate a woman who is polite, enjoyable to be around, and feminine MUCH more than huge breasts.

Do you REALLY want to enhance them, as a personal choice for personal satisfaction? Or is it peer pressure, or a way to fit into the wrong group of people? I strongly advise you not to. Love your beautiful body the way it is, whether others like it or not. Start hanging out with groups of females whose breasts arent large, friend. Be proud of the way you already are; there are some females who're supposed to be grown by the age they are (i.e., they should be more like normal adult females), but they're not because they have certain diseases. Don't you feel grateful you're not one of them? Hold your chin up high, and stand up straight and tall regardless of the size of your breasts.

Oprah had a show recently on this very subject. She had a expert on about fitting bras. The point was that most women do not have proper fitting bras. For small breasted women she recommended a cup that lifts you up with an insert that you can purchase in it. I think they were from Victoria Secret so you could ask there. I was surprised at the improvement it made on the person modeling it. Good luck.

You can do exercises that can firm the muscles behind the breasts and give them the illusion of being larger and wear a wonderbra or something like that, but you need to define your own body image.

if not there are bras that are amde to make you look 'fuller'.
I've found that the best (but most expensive ones) are at victoria secret.
there are some decent ones at places like Target where the bra is in the shape of breasts, so even if you don't fill it all the way it stays the same size

Small breasts are great. They are a lot more attractive and feminine.

You wont be so envious of your zeppelin fronted friends when they turn 30 and have had a few kids.

I suggest getting used to who you are and being proud of what you have naturally. You don't have to worry about back pain, sagging breasts, etc. Be happy with who you are and accept them. Work out and wear clothes that flatter the shape you have, you aren't going to get bigger breasts unless they grow naturally, you gain weight maybe or you get cosmetic surgery. I have small breasts and have come to accept they are what they are. I wear a padded bra and call it a day!

Gaining weight or implants is mostly the only way to go. I think you're just fine. Lots of people wish they had smaller ones because of sores and irritations. Remember, it's you that matters, not your breast size.
