if i dream that I'm falling,I always wake up before i hit the ground. Some people say that you get a heart attack and die if your dream continues to let you hit the ground. is that true??

No. It might be that you are having some problems or fears in your waking life. I've dreamt of falling and hitting the ground several times, hitting the floor, ground or even drown in water...and I'm still here, writing... :)

No. That's just a myth. There is nothing physical going on while you're dreaming...its all in your head.

yes,if it gose on and countineu and takes more tahn 15 minuts it may kill you and dont wake up.
