under the law even fascist companies have to obey.

the problem is with the policing and enforcement of these laws and human rights

it took almost two hundred years after the law before the black man got to vote in the southern states???

it's all about the powers that be and their willingness to enforce the laws that exist.

Sounds like someone is having a problem at the work place. The choice is yours to make. Should I go or should I stay and try to initiate change from within? Going to work angry every day is no way to go. Chances are you are not going to change the rules at work. Try to get a better outlook or quit.

Yes, for if you start deciding who "has a place" and who doesn't in a democratic society, you no longer have a democratic society.

It can't be the US since we are not a democratic society. We are a republic.
