There is some material in the space around the moon, perhaps too meager to be called an atmosphere, but it's more crowded with dust and gases than the "empty" space between the stars.
So even though a pendulum would swing for a long, long time, eventually friction of the pivot of the pendulum and pressure from the very thin atmosphere would slow it down and stop it.

True, there would be very little atmospheric friction to slow the movement of such a pendulum, but the tug of the moon's gravity, although a weaker force than gravity on Earth or on any larger body, would still be at work. One would expect the pendulum to come to a stop eventually, all other things being equal.

There is the mechanical resistance of the pendulum bearing. Its never going to be zero so it would eventually stop.
It not a total vacumn on the moon either.
BTW : If it wernt for gravity then the pendulum wouldnt work at all.

No, because the moon has gravity too, like any other celestial body. It would go longer, but not forever. Forever is impossible.
