lol, Democrates never do anything. There would be no war and every day would be like 9/11 bomings every day.

Can anyone remeber one good thing Bill did?

Think about it when Bill was in office:

After the 1993 World Trade Centre bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.
After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five US military personnel, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1996 al-Khobar towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 US military personnel, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of US embassies in Africa, which killed 257 and injured 5,000, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured three US sailors, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

Maybe if Mr Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 7,000 more people would be alive today.

Possibly, or they might not have gone.

A better question might be what they would have said if Bush had NOT gone into Iraq, and Saddam had caused some other mischief in the world (as was very likely). They would have said that he was a wimp like his Dad, and didn't connect the dots again.

Remember, after threatening to impeach Bush if he exceeded the UN's authority in the Gulf War, the Democrats criticized Bush 41 for a decade for not "finishing the job!"

Yes, some people will criticize the opposition, and support "their team," no matter what.

If we had a Democrat as President, you wouldn't be asking this question, now! We would have done the job, and have goten the hell, out. And I am not speaking of Iraq, either.

They would be making the successes of Iraq public and therefore the people would be behind them... With a Liberal media, one never hears the whole story especially if it were to help a Republican..

No, they'd have never involved us in Iraq in the first place.

There'd be no Iraq, the democrats would be invading Pakistan, looking for Osama, you know, the guy bush has forgotten about.

Of course.

um, if we had a democratic president.. many, many things would have been different.. and if they weren't then you couldn't call the guy a democrat... your saying "if we could put a square peg in a round hole, and could still call it a square.. would we?" it's not a sound argument.

Are you kidding? They'd have cut & run two years ago. Probably before Saddam was captured.

The problem with your theory is that we wouldn't have invaded Iraq.
