They are a pair and the boy is on one decanter and the girl on the other ...they look victorian ...the glass is dark blue and the enamelling is white they are about 12-14 inches tall and have handles on the sides they have been in our family for over 60 years.
The stoppers, may be missing, if there were any origionally

If they have handles on both sides-they are an urn,and never had stoppers.Look on the bottom-are they French ,English,Russian.You don't give enough information for anyone to give an informed decision.Look for a name,go on ebay and search for what ever it could be.French porcelain or china.I found listings for the name on my old german porcelain.GO through the store listings,they often have things not listed for auction.But you must have a name&number or country to work with.

Seen similar items on Antiques Roadshow. Don't remember the values. Try doing a search on ebay.
