At the lower right of the task bar click on start. When the menu window comes up click on the control panel. In the control panel window you'll see an handicap icon with the label accessibility. Click on that. Select the keyboard tab and uncheck sticky keys. Also, bear in mind that pressing the shift key fives times in a row will bring up the sticky key option.

pressing shift 5 times in a row turns on sticky keys
pressing any two keys at the same time turns it off
