I think marijuana brings out the creative side of people. Alcohol causes nothing but problems. The world needs to focus ore on the issue at hand. Teens and drunk driving, or teens doing stupid things under the influence of alcohol. Face it, when you smoke, you can sit there and analyze something to the depths. It's actually a positive thing for some people. Maybe not for everyone, but for some people it enhances their ability to further their minds and levels of production.

This subject has been on the discussion block for a long time..and I agree. But Alcohol is a legal and accepted drug where marijuana is not. That is a product of societies stupidity.

yes we should be doing something about teenage alcoholism We should do that then arrest them because if if or when they get out of jail then they might want to drink again and again and go back to jail which is wasting every body's money. Know if they kill somebody while drinking that is a different story or if they are like twelve or something then yea they should get punishment

they arrest kids for BOTH !! If a kid is caught drinking, they are arrested and charged. I don't think they should be doing either. It is not necessarily a lack of parenting, if not a different parenting style has emerged. When I was young, I was afraid of an azz whooping ,, now kids get "time out" I mean where's the fear in that ???

I would be inclined to agree with you but the bottom line is that neither is good for you...one is really no worse than the other....alcohol is something that at least is legal when you become an adult...marijuana is illegal PERIOD...just food for thought...

I feel the same way, our teens stay in trouble because there is nothing for them to do, unless you have plenty of money...
I mean a movie costs 20 dollars...They need something to do with their time...

you do not would desire to be examine your Miranda rights on the time of your arrest, yet maximum police do. even inspite of the shown fact which you will desire to be examine your Miranda rights once you're taken into the police station and interrogated. If the police did not examine the suspect their rights, if the guy gave information or confessed it may be thrown out of the case.
