How do I get out of this. I just feel like no one cares about me and I have no one. My fiance just told me lastnight that he has been putting off marrying me and having kids with me because he wants me to trust him first though he could give me an example of me not trusting him. I just feel like everything I do is wrong. How do I stop feeling this way?

you just need to relax! take some time just for you. I went throught the same thing. just calm down. its probably better to wait and see how ecerything is before you get married and have kids. there is no rush. just wait till the time is right. you have to have complete faith in the person to make a relationship last. maybe he is just making it completely shure of everything before making such a commitement like that.

but there are ALWAYS people that care about you.even if you feel like there isnt anybody.

It's hard to say. Depression can be short term due to life circumstances, or it could be deeper signifying a chemical imbalance. A chemical imbalance can be brought on at any age for a variety of reasons. Having the blues at this time of year can also be a sign of seasonal affective disorder (lack of sunlight over the winter months negatively affects feelings of well being). Making an appointment with your regular family physician / general practitioner will start you on the right path to feeling better (he/she will make appropriate referrals).

Whether or not your fiance can provide an example of his feelings, or express himself more clearly, he still HAS those feelings. Before you take the leap, it would benefit you both to see a relationship counselor. If anything, it will help you understand one another a little better.

In the meantime, it benefits many people who are feeling poorly about themselves to reach out in a helpful way to others. Volunteering with Big Sisters, your local hospital, Habitat for Humanity, or ANY number of the countless volunteer organizations out there, will not only help others but will benefit YOU and make you feel great about your important role in the world.

Take care...

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. You are loveable.

Sometimes I feel the same way. In my situation, I've found that I become totally wraped up in myself, self-absorbed and detached from people.

When I'm feeling that way, I try to do something nice for someone. Reach out. I do something nice for no reason. It makes them feel good and does wonders for me.

I sometimes feel like everything I do is wrong too, but I realize I let myself go there. It's a little negative inner voice. Try to ignore it. It's counter-productive. I don't want to feel my way through life. I want to think my way through.

Try not to obsess or ruminate.

Science has shown that women have a larger area of their brain devoted to emotions. We're much more emotional than men. Just knowing this fact helps me think more rationally.

Hang in there! You sound like a cool person. There have been times in my life where I've talked to professionals and it helped.

Keep reaching out like you just did and help yourself!

You need to see your doctor and/or a psychologist. You need to speak to someone and understand that with crying, you are not going to resolve anything. If you are really depressed, seek professional assistance as soon as possible. You CAN be happy again but it is up to YOU too look for help, nobody can do it for you, only YOU can. Have an long, open and honest conversation with your fiance.

God bless!

start liking urself... make yourself your own best friend... trust your decisions... and hence trust the people around you...

give it a try... be your best friend...

Ur loved ones may not always be there to sought ur confusions... help u making happy... or putting u on ease... but... YOU are always there with you and for you and will always be.

Trust your instinct...ur inner voice.. understand yourself...find out wht u exactly want?

take care of urself and others too...others will definitely care for u...

if u try that will definitely help...
