Today our company is releasing the raise and bonus information to the employees. My boss, however, has decided to go MIA. I would like to know, but he's decided not to show. Would you be annoyed with this too?

YES!!! Grr... If he is the one who is s'posed to be telling you that information today, then he should be there. Mebbe he is at a big meeting with other boss-types to discuss the information that is to be revealed.

Yeah, that'd annoy me quite a bit. Is there any one of the higher-ups there that might know of the raise and bonus information? Using your boss's absence as an excuse, perhaps you can dig the information out of one of them...?

No. I never got a bonus until a few years ago, if I get one OK. If I don't, OK. I live in Michigan with the economy gagging, I am just glad I have a job.

I'd be so annoyed I'd phone his house. About 9 times. In as few minutes as I could. Or possibly call HIS boss!

Of course I would be pissed off big time. Notice how bosses always do some stupid sht like that. When you want them around, they are nowhere to be found but when you don't want them around they are up the crack..
