I know he was last living in Rawlins Wy. he edid work at a truck-
stop. Now he has moved on I have property of his to return but I
have no address to send it to. He doesn't vote or drive so those
options are out. I tried to call the resturants in the area that are few.
no luck what can I do next?

The only way I can see you getting that number is if you pose as a prospective employer. Since this would be dishonest, it might also be illegal.
Why not just keep the property in a safe place and wait until he contacts you?

If you are sure that he is still living in Rawlins, send the stuff to the Post Office as a general delivery.
