You would wear a 6 1/2 in men's. I play softball and I use guys cleats.

I'm that same size in women's and I use size 6 cleats in men sizes. They're comfortable for me.

If they fit why not. I know I like men's running shoes better than women's because they seem to support my foot better and they are wider. As far as size usually I start with one size smaller than my normal shoe. However, I have found that it varies with the maker and design. The best thing is to have your feet measured.

I think it is one size smaller. I am not for sure tho. Just go by the sporting goods store and try a pair or two on. Even if you plan to buy online, it would be a good idea to go try some on to be sure. Good luck!

I think one of the great things about being a woman is your ability to wear men's clothing and get away with it. As a matter of fact, I find women fairly attractive when they do this.

Men's shoes are generally wider than women's you might want to try a pair on before buying any.
