Adrenaline junkie is a colloquialism used to describe somebody who appears addicted to the effects of adrenaline. Adrenaline in this case comes from an endogenous source (i.e. the adrenal gland) and does not imply the use of exogenous adrenaline (e.g. injection).
The term came into use in 1993. Originally, it was used to describe argumentative people who deliberately (consciously or unconsciously) find excuses to explode in order to get an adrenaline fix. After the adrenaline rush wears off, they become agitated, which causes them to seek another reason to explode to get another fix. This mode of receiving a fix is deemed just as addictive as a recreational drug (such as cocaine), but perhaps more harmful as it negatively involves other people.

Well, I dont think that it's for the money. They were doing these things before, they were on MTV. There are alot of white guys who get drunk from drinking beer and do stupid things. I think their just bored losers, who look for the adrenaline and thrill. Idiots!!!!!!!!!! All though, it's pretty hilarious!!!!

Don think its for getting attention from others especially gals, but its actually a sort of self actualisation they get by doing their stunts and they have feel good wen they do it.
