if he surprises you a lot. If he umm calls you and chats or emails you everyday. If he's willing to keep you happy.
it usually depends on the guy though. If he'll really like you, he'll talk about marriage with you I think.

justwatch his behaviour towards you, some boys say they love u just to get u and get u know what........... but if this boys is genuine its best u guys start out as friends get to know each and u can secretly question people about him to discover his personality
