When I turn it on, it says "Problem! Please connect to computer." When I connect it, there's nothing wrong with it, so I disconnect it, but it's still in USB mode. When I plug the MP3 player back into my computer, it glitches up. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Also, the MP3 player I'm talking about is a Philips model HDD077/17 2GB GoGear.

I also have a Philips mp3 player. Connect it, open windows explorer, then my computer, klick on your player, right klick - format, select FATfile system and press start. I think this should work, but it might erase your music. You could also try taking the battery out. Good luck!
