I mean when will I get my sex drive back since Wellbutrin helps increase libido?

yes..but it can take up to a month before you get used to it . the first 7 days are hard but after that ,everything should fall back into it's place.

i take that drug at max dose 300 mg day. and i still want sex.
the drug does take time to adjust to give it time and keep notes on what the drug seems to be doing to you and show the doctor this.
i also take effexor and together the two drugs have been of more help to me then i had in 10 years of different drugs .
i am not suggesting you take this other drug only that you see that some of the drugs the doc is using to help you are almost shots in the dark. you may need to have that doc take lots of shots in the dark before he hits the target. so long as you stand still and don't run away from the doctor he has a good chance of hitting the target at some point. your giving the doc the most info on the effects the drug is having are like telling him warmer warmer colder colder that game what ever its called.

Probably won't. Both hubby & I tried it & had much worse reactions than just the sex drive prob. You might want to ask for alternatives. It gave me a REALLY nasty taste & a similar metalic, chemical smell to my skin, not to mention that it made both of our logic circuits shut down & agitated & angry all the time (even my poor doggies were hiding under the couch from me 'cuz I'd snap at them everytime they wanted attention) I've heard nothing but bad things about Wellbutrin. You & your doc may want to re-think that prescription.!

I'd the same problem. Exercising beats it. Run, gently [or as fast as you like] [but not too fast], for about an hour, three times a week, and you'll be jumping your poor boyfriend. Haha. Look out boy.

I took that stuff and it made me break out in hives... was still horny as a goat though
