Dear God, I hope not! I don't see how or why, but do you have a specific foreign policy that you think is grounded in Revelation? Immediately, our foreign policy seems to be based on money and grudges (and grim reality in the case of N. Korea--good luck with that one).

I can't remember the sources, but Bush has been advised by prophecy teachers. Reagan was also terribly concerned he might inadvertantly start armageddon.

How any concern or advice might translate into any tangible policy is a matter for speculation. No one will be able say for sure except the president in question.

At least Christian presidents are concerned about NOT being the cause of the end of the world. But at the end of the day, it's going to happen (or not as you may believe) because God will order events that way no matter what one policy is or isn't.

I wouldn't worry about it too much one way or the other. If you believe, then it's inevitable. If you don't believe the bible, then you have to believe sooner or later everything will get better.

I think you'll find the only government making foreign policies off of prophetic predictionsis Iran.

On a related note. What is your opinion on the Book of Revelation? Do you consider a book of prophecy or a coded message to early Christians? Or do you have enough of a biblical background to even understand that controversy?

Or are you just shooting madly into the dark?

Considering the ambiguity of Revelations and the fact that people have been unsuccessfully trying to apply it to world events for nearly two thousand years, I'd have to go with NO.

Geez, no! That part of the bible is meant for AFTER the Apocalypse, when all people are stamped with 666, or killed, and then later when Christ comes to save the good in the world, like the American republican's!

Yes. Money and arms sent to Israel. If Iran nukes Israel, we will defend Israel with our last dollar and our last person standing on Earth. Look up Persians in Revelations.
