He is on probation driving with revoke liciense for past dui, he also supposly had a weapon in the car and some illegal subsatnce 1. He is due to attend school jan 22. but he is in jail wanting on court dates for this case. He was bonded out but he is still in there. What can i do to help. Because he deserves a chance

petition the judge in a motion is best, if you write a letter besure anc copy all parties envolved such as the prosecutor, probation officer, defense lawyer otherwise the judge can not read it

A judge isn't going to react to any letter. Only a lawyer can help with these things. Don't get your hopes up. If he says he paid bail and he's still in there, you're not getting the whole story.

the bond is to bring him out unless u r saying he was out on bond then got arrested again???? Once u posted bond on someone they release them to u may take 2 hours or so but they release them. Call the jail and let them know he has been bonded out if thats what u ment they have to release him until he is charge with the crime by the court

Honey it sounds from your past questions that you have given him nothing but chances.
Please don't let this man ruin your life you deserve better. You are a brave woman to be away fighting for your country. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE love yourself enough to know this isn't what is best for you. Go to the judge & tell him all your questions here & ask for an annulment.
