Working in Government school on part-contract basis, if the employers ask for more, what should one do? Policy is as such one cannot ask for regular cadre as per contract. Also underpaid and work more. A lot of exlploitation. No government policies meant for such people? If there are , where ? Who would help in this corrupt world?

Government should be a model employer. There are some decisions of the High Courts condemning such unlawful labour practices . You along with such similarly placed persons may form an association and file a case before your High Court.
