there are medical terms for some extreme sweating. I know someone who's hands and feet can and do sweat uncontrolably, and to some extent to. This person was told that his sweat glands don't know how to stop or start correctly and was offered an operation to have the nerve that is attached to the sweat glands rectified to help ease the problem. Seek professional advice, you dont know what it is but your doctor can help you and point you in the right direction in terms of medication if required or treatment if possible.

To stop sweating would be incredibly unhealthy and dangerous. I assume you are refering to excessive sweating which can be both uncomfortable and embarrassing. Taking a Sage supplement can however significantly reduce sweating. I can't recall the dosage but am sure staff at a good health food shop (so not Holland & Barratt) will be able to advise. And if it is odour you are concerned about - use a crystal deodorant. You can use it anywhere on your body, it is absolutely safe to use, does not contain aluminium and completely stops odour.

Ask your physician about a roll-on medication called Drysol. You apply it at night and it significantly reduces underarm sweating.
