i have a lot of discharge, i asked my doctor about this at my first visit and he checked to make sure i didnt have an infection, and said that its normal to have extra dischage during pregnancy, well i am 13 weeks and next week i have to have a stitch put in my cervix, i was reading up on it and it said that i will see extra discharge for the remainder of my pregnancy after the surgery, which scares me cause extra discharge on top of what i have is really going to be bad...is there anything i can do to lessen this discharge?? i thought about wearing a panty liner, is that about all i can do?? thanks for any help you can give.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you could do in order to lessen the discharge. You can use a liner, it will help you feel better, but I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Yes, I had increased discharge in my last and current pregnancy. It's quite normal.
