Low iron levels.

Go to a health food store and get CHELATED iron supplements. They are best absorbed by your body and less likely to cause constipation. Blackstrap molassas iron caplets work really well.

Low Iron levels is just another of many causes of anemia, Anemia is defined as reduced Oxygen carrying capacity of blood, which may occur either when there is a fall in the Red Blood Cell count, or due to reduced Hemoglobin levels, In pregnancy however, Iron deficiency is the most common causative factor.

If you have anemia, people may say you have tired blood. That's because anemia — a condition in which there aren't enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your tissues — can make you feel tired.

Many forms of anemia exist, each with its own cause. Anemia can be temporary or long-term, and it can range from mild to severe.

Anemia is a common blood disorder, affecting an estimated 3.4 million Americans. Women and people with chronic diseases are at increased risk of the condition.
if you suspect you have anemia contact your doctor quick.

Calcium and iron are particularly needed by the rapidly growing fetus. Pregnant women should thus eat enough dairy products (for calcium) and red meat (for iron) if they are not vegetarian. Women are often prescribed iron pills, since many young women get slight anemia (lack of iron leading to few red blood cells). Calcium is effective only if woman have enough vitamin D. The best mean to get vitamin D is to sunbathe each day for 10-15 min. Salmon and fatty fishes are also a good vitamin D source.

Anemia is when there isn't enough iron in the blood. Sometimes a change in diet can help with anemia and sometimes you will need to take an iron suppliment.
Anemia can cause one to tire easily and just feel drained and weak.

Anemia is a condition in which there are low levels of iron in the blood. If you think you may have it, ask your doctor for a blood test. If you do have it, you'll be prescribed an iron supplement. But don't take iron tabs until you check with you doctor. You don't want to take them unless absolutely necessary. They can cause constipation (they did for me).

Anaemia is a low red blood cell level, usually caused by iron deficiency. It is fairly common during pregnancy.

Normally it can be treated by taking iron supplements, but you should talk to your doctor before taking these if you are pregnant.

There are different types of anaemia, but presumably you are talking about iron deficiency anaemia. The best way to get more iron is red meat. The iron in animal sources is hard for your body to absorb. Don't eat liver - it's very high in iron, but also high in retinol and should not be eaten during pregnancy.
